Handpieces That Offer Versatility

Karma handpieces have various spot sizes that allow great treatment flexibility according to the target (wrinkles, benign pigmented lesions, scars, tattoos).

Each spot has its own focal lens which allows optimized energy delivery by maximizing efficacy of the treatment: traditional and fractional emission square and round spot size.

FLAT TOP Laser Beam

The exclusive round and square spots are characterized by a homogeneous pulse – thanks to which the same amount of energy is delivered throughout the whole contact area, thus allowing maximum delivered energy control and a minimization of undesirable side effects due to uneven energy dosage.

The square handpieces are ideal for tattoo removal and avoid shots overlapping.

The round handpieces are indicated for the treatment of face and pigmented lesions

Fractional Handpieces

Fractional handpieces are utilized for skin resurfacing and cutaneous toning treatments.

Skin Rejuvenation with the Power of Pico

Fractional Handpieces (8 and 9 mm) can be used with both 1064 and 532 wavelengths, with picosecond or nanosecond emissions for treatments ranging from light rejuvenation to deep acne scars, offering flexibility, fine tuning, and high power.

Karma pulses generate a pure photoacoustic effect which directly targets the cutaneous tissue in the right depth, simultaneously stimulating collagen and leaving the surrounding skin intact.

By using less heat, Karma not only reduces the risk of PIH, but it can be used to treat the effects of PIH caused by an inflammatory disorder or even other laser treatments.

Effective Tattoo Removal

The combination of nanosecond and picosecond emission is particularly successful in tattoo removal, allowing multiple-step action based on the type of tattoo and cutaneous conditions: a first rough removal which helps the expulsion of the largest pigments (nanoseconds) and a finishing phase in which the pigment is broken down into tiny particles, which are easily removed through the phagocytosis process (picoseconds).

Karma is also particularly effective in the treatment of the most resilient tattoos like faded ones and those which have penetrated in depth (ghost).
