He has worked in various managerial positions in HSBC and the financial industry as well as Director of International Contracts with the Israel Aerospace Industry. His experience in the aesthetic industry spans back to his role as VP of Business Development with Alma Lasers and Founder of Alma Lasers subsidiaries in India, Hong Kong and Australia. Eyal has founded 14 companies across multiple specialties and has extensive experience of setting up businesses across various countries.

His career trajectory includes pivotal roles such as Vice President of Sales at Cynosure, where he was instrumental in driving substantial revenue growth across the Western US and Canada, and earlier, as Cynosure's Country Manager in Canada, where he led his team to a remarkable revenue increase. Starting his career in aesthetics as a sales representative, Cory quickly proved his prowess by significantly boosting his territory's revenue, following a foundational sales leadership tenure at Xerox Canada. Cory's academic background in business administration with a finance specialization from the University of Guelph has underpinned his exceptional career in sales leadership and business expansion.
