Bob Daley has been in the medical device industry for over two decades and his experience in the aesthetic laser industry spans the last 18 years. Bob began as an Area Sales Representative and quickly advanced to a Senior Sales Manager. His early success earned him a spot as one of the top sales representatives in the industry, and he was recognized as a President’s Club winner for 8 consecutive years. Bob was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 2013 and has since been promoted to several different positions including Senior Director of the East Coast and Senior Director of Canada. Bob’s unparalleled work ethic created an opportunity for him on the Executive Management Team. In this role, Bob was successful in hiring, training, and developing multiple teams while managing all aspects of the business.

Chris Chambers

Chris Chambers is a 10-year aesthetic industry veteran with a large track record for success. In addition to being an 8-time President’s Club winner and 5-time Sales Director of The Year, he has also overseen some of the largest product launches in this space as well as multiple company mergers. Chris’ leadership ability and style has garnered the attention of some of the top sales reps in the industry and allowed him to grow a powerful team. Chris was promoted to Vice President of Sales at a large aesthetic manufacturer in 2021 before joining Reveal as the Chief Commercial Officer. In his role, Chris is responsible for new product innovation, sales leadership and overall organizational health.

Cory Murrell brings over 20 years of extensive experience in various sales and sales leadership positions in the medical aesthetic and technology industries. One constant throughout his career is a relentless pursuit to exceed expectations and commitments. In his most recent roles, he has demonstrated this commitment through the strategic recruitment and development of top-performing sales professionals who share a similar mindset. By fostering a team culture that values and rewards performance, he’s been able to create an environment where excellence is not just encouraged but expected. His approach to sales leadership is rooted in a belief that success is a collective effort. He feels that by assembling a team of dedicated individuals who are driven to over-deliver, remarkable results can be achieved. He takes pride in cultivating an atmosphere that encourages innovation, collaboration, and a shared commitment to the success of both the team and the clients of Reveal Lasers.

Maureen Tarca is an innovative, results-orientated Global leader with a proven track record of success, driving strategic and operational human resource initiatives. She has significant experience in building high performance and engaged cultures and hands on operational expertise in governance, operations, and business partnership in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific. She is a Human Resources Leader with impactful experience empowering business leaders to achieve their goals through Talent. She has led organizational transformation including mergers, acquisitions, business change management and the development of high-performance teams. She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to thrive in dynamic, diverse, and challenging business environments. She believes that people make a difference and she knows success happens when people are fully connected with a shared purpose. Maureen connects and coaches people to drive organizational performance and business success.
