Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Technician at Reveal Lasers North America. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of our energy-based technologies. You will also provide technical support and training to customers, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires travel to customer sites.
Qualifications
- Experience in performing installations, maintenance, and repairs of energy-based technologies like lasers, RF, or IPL
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Flexibility to travel frequently to customer sites
- Experience in the cosmetic or medical device industry is a plus
- Associate degree or certification in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field
- Valid DL
