Reveal is looking for a Sales Administration Specialist who will support the sales & operations teams. This person will report directly to the Operations Manager, with a great salary and benefit options. The Sales Administration Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Sales Order process works smoothly and efficiently to deliver products to customers accordingly and in timely manner. Other responsibilities will include: handling customer inquiries and routing calls/emails to the appropriate team, developing and maintaining record systems with Sales Orders/ Sales Reports/ Financial Information, verifying orders with customer’s personal information and payment details, and supporting the Sales Department with other administrative tasks if needed. Experience & Skill Set
1-2 years of work experience in Sales Administration or similar role
Experience in Aesthetic Laser Device or Medical Device industry preferred
Organized and proficient in record keeping and computer skills
Able to self-manage own work, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Professionalism and good customer service skills, especially with customers
Education
BS/BA Degree in business, sales, operations, etc. preferred
